Job Summary

  • The candidate will have to support the Service Sales Manager developing and deploying Service Growth Initiatives, working proactively with Country Service Team (both Sales and Operations) and European Service Organization, in order to ensure results against pre-defined goals and targets.
  • Promote Customer Satisfaction through the focus on NPS, acting as Customer Advocate inside the different teams of the organization.
