Must-have
Define and own SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, availability goals
Design and implement robust, scalable architectures
Build and maintain IaC, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing
Drive observability and proactive monitoring
Lead incident response and blameless postmortems
Establish and codify operational frameworks and runbooks
Coach and mentor SRE and DevOps engineers
Partner with product engineering, security, platform teams
Perform capacity planning and performance analysis
Produce and maintain technical documentation
Nice-to-have
Experience in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare)
Designing or operating cloud-native analytics platforms
Managing multi-tenant services
Leadership experience in building engineering teams
Key Requirements
BSc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, Platform, or DevOps engineering
Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong skills with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Demonstrated experience defining and operating SLOs, SLIs, SLAs
Proficiency with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
Solid programming/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar)
Strong knowledge of networking and cloud security best practices
Experience with platform engineering patterns
Familiarity with Conversational BI tools, Power Platform, LLM/Copilot concepts
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
