Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current general registration with AHPRA
  • Prior experience as Senior Resident or Registrar
  • PGY3 or above in general surgery
  • Completion of Part 1 and 2 clinical examinations
  • Strong communication and professional skills

Nice-to-have

  • Completed RACS courses like CCRISP or EMST
  • Teaching and educational experience
  • Desire to participate in research projects
  • Interest in general surgery sub-specialty areas
  • Diploma in Anatomy or anatomy demonstration work

Key Requirements

  • Current general registration with AHPRA
  • Prior completion of all components requirements including Part 1 and 2 clinical exams
  • Experience in urology/general surgery as HMO/Registrar in Australia
  • Availability for 12 months
  • Residing in Australia (overseas candidates not accepted)
