Job Summary

  • This role leads strategy, new business development, and operations to accelerate growth in J&J IM LATAM by building deep market and portfolio expertise, identifying portfolio gaps/white spaces, and translating trends and unmet needs into actionable strategies.
  • The position also manages strategy and operations teams to align cross-functional execution, optimize resource allocation and go-to-market models, and report progress to executives, while establishing governance to drive key strategic initiatives and leading special projects.
  • It expands the regional pipeline by identifying opportunities across Latin America and establishing strategic internal and external partnerships, while partnering with Global NBD on opportunity assessment, due diligence, risk evaluation, and integration planning.
