Salary

Experienced: $93,500 - $135,700; Senior: $120,700 - $174,800; Variable compensation opportunities included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3+ years program/project management experience
  • Defense, aerospace, or government services sector background
  • Experience leading through influence with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally ~30% of time
  • U.S. Person status required for export control compliance

Nice-to-have

  • 5+ years program/project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
  • Experience communicating with senior Government representatives
  • Familiarity with Integrated Business Acquisition Process (IBAP)
  • Fluency in second or multiple languages
  • International portfolio experience
