Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years Agile Coach/Scrum Master experience
7+ years product development experience
SAFe 6.0 Certification required
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, XP methodologies
Ability to mentor teams on Agile principles
Nice-to-have
Track record of continued education in Scrum
Experience guiding other Agile Coaches
Knowledge of DevOps principles
Background in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
Experience in highly regulated environments
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years full-time experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master
Minimum 7 years experience within product development
