Job Summary
Manage day-to-day Labour relations activities for unionized employees, including contract interpretation and enforcement.
Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on Labour relations policies, contract provisions, employee relations strategies and best practices.
Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, HR Generalists, HR functions and create integrated solutions that will foster a culture based on relationships, trust and engagement.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Employee/Labour Relations
Experience with collective bargaining
Experience with HR Labour and/or Employment related laws
Extensive experience working with Labour unions
Experience managing sensitive Labour issues
Experience with collective agreement negotiations
Experience identifying and mitigating risks
Experience creating and developing strategy plans
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of the time
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
