Job Summary

• The Landscape Technician provides support for the entire exterior grounds of the property, with responsibilities including irrigation repair, mowing, trimming, edging, pesticide applications, landscape installation, equipment maintenance, and snow removal.
• This position requires the employee to be on-call for after-hours emergencies and seasonal duties, as needed, and involves performing condition inspections on assets such as parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, storm drains, and equipment.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's License required
• Two (2) years of experience in commercial landscaping preferred
• Commercial pesticide applicator license preferred
• Irrigation system experience preferred
• Plant knowledge/identification preferred
