Job Summary
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead Neuberger’s digital marketing strategy and web presence, owning the corporate website ecosystem, email marketing program, UX/UI standards, SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and growth marketing tactics.
This leader manages a team of digital contributors across UI/UX design, digital operations, email build, and website campaigns, partnering closely with Head of Client Coverage Technology.
Key responsibilities include defining digital strategy, website implementation and oversight, SEO & GEO, email marketing, UX/UI, growth marketing, analytics & reporting, and ensuring external digital touchpoint cohesion.

Salary
Base: $175,000-$225,000; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus; Benefits: comprehensive package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, life insurance
