Job Summary
The Tartan Scholars Program is designed to meet the unique needs of high-achieving students who experienced opportunity gaps prior to their enrollment at Carnegie Mellon.
The Assistant Director will collaborate with Success Center partners to manage academic resource initiatives, serve as the point of contact for Tartan Scholars experiencing challenges, and serve as the program’s point of contact for students on leave from the university.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in education, leadership, sociology, psychology, human relations, or related field
Three to five years of relevant work experience
