Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing HCM implementations

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects within SaaS environments
  • Proven experience managing system integrations
  • Working knowledge of change management principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
