  • Lead design of complex tooling including precision assembly fixtures, spacecraft lifting and handling systems, and transportation/environmental containers.
  • Define tooling engineering strategies, standards, and best practices; champion DFM/DFMA adoption and drive continuous improvement across the tooling lifecycle.

  • Executive-level communication skills
