Job Summary

  • Support the ProfEd Manager in coordinating transversal ProfEd actions, including organizational, financial, and follow-up tasks, as well as project management for innovative actions like Optima and web development.
  • Coordinate educational grants within the indirect sponsorship environment, focusing on national and international congresses and processing scholarship requests from Spanish hospital surgical services.
  • Manage financial analysis and tracking, including monthly review of AMEX billing, annual bulk PGB contract processing, and ad-hoc financial reports requested by management.
