Salary
Base: $71,100 - $97,800 per year; Bonus/Equity: eligible for a bonus incentive plan; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time off, disability, life insurance

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions
5+ years of successful training design, development and implementation experience
3+ years proven ability to measure learning effectiveness
3+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360
Experience managing courses in Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS
Strong knowledge of eLearning standards and Adult Learning Theory
Demonstrated experience with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
