Job Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that all guest rooms, suites, and public spaces at the hotel meet the highest levels of cleanliness, luxury presentation, and maintenance in accordance with Forbes 5-Star standards.
This position is responsible for supervising room attendants, housepersons, and public area attendants during daily operations, leading by example, providing coaching, and conducting detailed inspections.
The ideal candidate will foster a respectful, professional, and team-oriented environment with a focus on excellence and uphold strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations, chemical handling procedures, and hotel sanitation policies.
