Job Summary

  • The Construction Engineer (MOC) will be responsible for managing and controlling Management of Change (MOC) activities at site during construction and commissioning phases of an EPCM oil & gas project for ADNOC.
  • Ensure all changes are evaluated for technical, safety, cost, schedule, and operational impact and coordinate MOC reviews with various teams.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas construction
  • 3–5 years of direct MOC experience on ADNOC or Middle East EPC/EPCM projects
  • Strong site-based construction experience is mandatory
  • ADNOC project experience is highly preferred
