Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years technical program management experience
  • US citizenship required for federal contracts
  • Experience with SaaS development and migrations
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and cloud environments
  • Ability to manage dependencies and project risks

Nice-to-have

  • TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance
  • Experience with FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC compliance
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Must be a United States citizen (naturalized or native)
  • Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly security clearance preferred
  • 10+ years in technical program management on federal initiatives
  • 5+ years leading SaaS development and compliance initiatives
