This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $108,600 to $250,700, plus a sales incentive bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with matching contributions, paid leave, and health coverage.

Must-have
Pharmaceutical sales experience
Oncology healthcare professional experience
Travel domestically with overnight stays
Strategic account selling and management
Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas
Proficiency with complex digital applications
Valid US driver’s license
Nice-to-have
Hematology therapeutic experience
Experience calling on institutions and KOLs
Master’s degree or advanced healthcare degree
Ability to work in a matrix environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn new ways of working
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales or oncology HCP experience
Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to travel domestically with overnight stays
