This Senior UI/UX Designer role will own the design of multiple capabilities within our compliance application suite, creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and experience for users across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in user-experience design and will be a key contributor to our product strategy, transformation, and innovation.

Base: $121,000 - $151,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: short-term incentives; Benefits: multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, tuition assistance, parental leave, volunteer time off, 401K plan

Key Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
proven track record of leading 0-1 design projects
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Expertise in prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer
Expertise in user testing tools and analytics platforms
Excellent organization and communication skills
Strategic thinker
Highly collaborative
Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
