Job Summary
Responsible for training, guiding, and evaluating welders from recruitment until they are qualified and handed over to the production shop.
Instruct new welders on safety regulations, equipment usage, and Life-Saving Rules, while implementing and maintaining 5S at the training center.
Deliver training content according to the welding training program, conduct daily skill assessments, monitor weld quality, and guide defect correction.
