  • We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our team to help provide key support to a New Zealand based customer and propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centred design thinking and consultation.
  • Working collaboratively in a team delivering support services, providing guidance to Junior/Mid-Level Support Analysts, managing support deliverables, troubleshooting and resolving technical incidents and problems.

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years experience DevOps support
