Job Summary

  • Be part of the Safety Ambassador Team at RBC Amphitheatre where our staff are our crew members and have the unique opportunity to create an exceptional fan experience.
  • Lead a team of 20+ Safety Ambassadors on a show-by-show basis, assisting with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guests.
  • Encourage and coach team to proactively approach escalating situations to de-escalate in a calm manner and create protective space for our fans.

Key Requirements

  • University or College Diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
