Qualified Professional (QP) status
MH/SU license or NC Substance Abuse Board certification
RN with 4 years MH/SU/IDD experience
Master's degree in human services + 1 year experience
Bachelor's degree in human services + 2 years experience
Bachelor's degree in non-human services + 4 years experience
Care coordination, management, or case management experience
