Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development or equivalent
  • 10 years in organizational change management
  • Experience with multi-site operations and business unit integration
  • Mastery of core OCM methods
  • Exceptional facilitation, executive influence, and storytelling skills
  • Strong program skills and analytics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint
