  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for skilled nursing facilities to ensure seamless, compliant hiring experiences through background check management and I-9 compliance.
  • The specialist partners with acquisition teams to transition newly acquired buildings into the PACS system while training staff on new workflows and compliance standards.
