Job Summary

• Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards.
• Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors by monitoring performance, reviewing work completion, and ensuring all statutory and contract requirements are met.
• Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams.
