  • Level II Medical Practitioner degree + 4 years experience
  • Level II LPN license + 6 years experience

  • Level II Social Worker license + 4 years experience
  • Level III Medical Technologist registration + 6 years experience
  • Level III Medical Practitioner degree + 6 years experience
  • Level III LPN license + 8 years experience
  • Level III RN license + 7 years experience
  • Level III BSN + 6 years RN experience
