This role is responsible for driving enterprise SaaS adoption and digital transformation across all State of Kansas and State of Nebraska agencies.
You will work directly with Cabinet-level leaders, agency directors, and CIO organizations to modernize constituent services and improve operational efficiency.
The position offers a base salary range of $160,300 - $214,400 annually along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Must-have
7-10+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven success selling into State Government agencies
Experience navigating complex government procurement processes
Ability to manage long sales cycles of 6-18+ months
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Nice-to-have
Existing relationships within Kansas and Nebraska state government
Familiarity with state government budget cycles
Passion for public sector transformation
Experience with AI and automation technologies
Self-motivated and able to operate independently
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7-10+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
Demonstrated success managing complex, long sales cycles
