10+ years in IT/OT operations
Experience with ERP, MES, PLM
Leadership in digital transformation programs

Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience in multi-site environments
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
3-5 years supporting manufacturing environments
Experience with cloud deployments and system integration
