** Sunnyvalepostacute is seeking a licensed Medication Aide to administer medications to residents, adhere to facility policies, and participate in quality assurance programs. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills, with a focus on patient care and safety. **

Job Summary

  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, the Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and any other facility committee or program that affects the medication pass and seeks to improve the performance and accuracy of the medication process.
