  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for clearance eligibility
  • Minimum 5 years program management experience
  • Experience with action item tracking tools
  • Proven ability working with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with RTX Lifecycle Program Management
  • Understanding of domestic and foreign military sales contracts
  • Patriot Product Line Team PMX level 7 certification
  • Support experience with major subcontractors or industry partners
  • Willingness to support domestic and international travel

Key Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret)
  • U.S. citizenship is strictly required
  • University Degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience alternative
  • Onsite work requirement in Andover, MA
