  • Assist the Facilities Manager in coordinating and executing daily facility operations to ensure smooth delivery of facility services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and contractors, coordinating work schedules and monitoring performance to ensure service delivery meets contract standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.
