Job Summary
You are the first point of contact in IT support, ensuring colleagues receive fast and reliable help in a friendly, solution-oriented, and communicative manner.
You will independently resolve tickets within the scope of 1st Level Support and escalate them to 2nd or 3rd Level if necessary, while also supporting the setup and maintenance of IT workstations.
