Job Summary
Accountable for the execution and delivery of GCO supported clinical studies of standard to medium complexity and priority per the Operational Execution Plan (OEP) and clinical study protocol.
Co-leads the cross-functional clinical trial team (CTT) with the Clinical Science Lead (CSL), guiding planning and management of assigned clinical study/studies end-to-end to achieve Global Program Team (GPT), Global Clinical Team (GCT) and GCO objectives.
Fosters an empowered, psychologically safe organization that can navigate a matrix environment, learns, and adjusts quickly to changing conditions and business needs.

Key Requirements
4+ years clinical research experience
3+ years global/matrix clinical study execution
Bachelor's degree life sciences/healthcare
Advanced degree strongly preferred
