The CTAL is the key partner for stakeholders involved in the CAR-T/site certification process, responsible for developing the overall strategic plan for CAR-T sites.
This role involves acting as the primary CAR-T contact for the site to ensure an optimal customer experience during site setup and certification, coordinating all Janssen stakeholders.
Post-launch, the CTAL acts as a key operational partner, facilitating contractual and commercial activities, maintaining relationships with key hospital decision-makers, and supervising site operations based on validated KPIs.
