Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum 18 years of industry experience
  • 12+ years of industry experience
  • 6+ years of business development experience
  • Proven experience in Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, or Homeland Security
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical solution development for complex proposals
  • Experience writing technical volumes, whitepapers, and developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
  • Ability to respond to RFIs, market surveys
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Eligibility to obtain a public trust security clearance
