Key Requirements
7+ years IBM Mainframe (z/OS, COBOL, JCL) operations experience
3+ years operations team leadership experience
5+ years DB2, CICS, IMS middleware operations experience
Business level Japanese conversation and writing
Project management experience (10+ person team)
Automation tool implementation experience
Experience with non-mainframe systems
Mainframe to cloud modernization experience
Offshore team collaboration experience
English communication skills (reading, writing, conversation)
