Job Summary
Perform routine facility housekeeping, custodial services, snow removal, grounds services, room cleanliness and set/tear down functions to provide superior experience for Lansing Center properties and equipment.
Assist with directing the work activities of on-call Facility Workers, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and climbing.
