Job Summary
Manage an assigned book of business, providing strategic and tactical planning through proactive meetings and touch points with advisors and clients, including annual plan reviews.
Serve as the escalation point for service related issues, identifying root causes and designing strategies to resolve them.
Consult with clients and advisors on qualified plan design issues, interpreting and explaining plan provisions to accomplish client goals.
