Job Summary

  • This role partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders to address employee relations matters, strengthen manager capability, and ensure consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Key responsibilities include leading workplace investigations, developing proactive ER strategies, and designing/delivering manager enablement on ER fundamentals.
  • The position offers a hybrid work model with up to 10% travel and is located in Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ.
