Job Summary

• The Customer Support Operations Center within Boeing Commercial Aircraft is seeking a skilled and detail-orientated Structural Analysis Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our 24/7/365 team in Seal Beach, CA.
• This position requires flexibility in work hours, but generally the work shifts adhere to a 7 days on and 7 days off schedule.
• A successful candidate will have the capability to develop repairs, communicate with multiple teams within and outside Boeing, provide mentorship to other engineers, and lead process improvements to provide high quality customer support.
