• Bachelor’s degree in scientific or applied discipline
• Minimum 5 years project or portfolio management experience
• Demonstrated leadership and ethics
• Experience building and leading teams or committees
• Advanced degree preferred (MS, PhD, MBA)
• Project or Portfolio Management certification (PMP) preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech discovery or early development
• Travel 5-10% of the time
