  • As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our South Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $10M to $100M+.
  • Your day-to-day will involve managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including strategy, programming, design, schedule, entitlements, bidding, procurement, permitting, execution and close out.

  • Ability to manage 8-12 projects simultaneously
  • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate
  • Proven track record managing complex projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
