Broco Glass is seeking a Global SCM Design Lead for its Receive to Ship logistics, focusing on driving organizational improvements and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires extensive experience in supply chain management, business process engineering, and strong leadership skills.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading activities such as approving Global and Sustaining functional and process designs, assessing technologies, and supporting process improvement opportunities.
You will be responsible for building relationships with the Business to ensure understanding of Business needs are represented within Design work for the relevant Business Capability Models and 9-Box area.
This is a critical part to ensuring successful transformation designs are delivered enabling the transformation programme to deliver and implement to-be solutions aligned to the to-be processes.
