Job Summary

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will be the Workday leader responsible for managing the Customer experience through deployments, handling a portfolio of project engagements.
  • You will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday product on some of our largest projects for our Government customer base, driving the client implementation and managing to the agreed upon budget.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years project managing ERP implementations
  • 6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ultimate, or Lawson
  • 6+ years grasp of Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Services Procurement
  • 8+ years project managing ERP implementations (Principal Engagement Manager)
  • 8+ years implementing Workday (Principal Engagement Manager)
  • 8+ years grasp of Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Services Procurement (Principal Engagement Manager)
