Lead and oversee the overall framework for casework and counselling services for residents within the Hostel.
Supervise Social/Case Workers in case management, clinical practice, and operational processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Probation Service Branch and external agencies to support resident rehabilitation.
