Must-have

ABDM and NHM program familiarity
Government liaison and stakeholder management
Field visits to remote districts
Qualitative and quantitative data collection
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in Meghalaya region
Familiarity with digital health platforms
Fluency in local language
Strong report writing and documentation skills
Key Requirements
MBA or Master's degree in public health or related field
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
Experience working with state/district health departments
