Job Summary

  • Responsible for IT Service Delivery Operations, handling incidents and fulfilling service requests, with a focus on customer satisfaction through efficient response and resolution.
  • Provide 24x7 on-site/remote support for users on various client devices and business systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor engagement.
  • Manage IT assets lifecycle, govern ITIL processes for asset and configuration management, and handle IT project implementation, controlling resources and tasks.

Key Requirements

  • Technical understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, Office applications
  • Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
  • ITIL Certification preferred
