Provide 24x7 on-site/remote support for users on various client devices and business systems, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and vendor engagement.
Manage IT assets lifecycle, govern ITIL processes for asset and configuration management, and handle IT project implementation, controlling resources and tasks.

Key Requirements

Strong hardware and software troubleshooting experience
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
