The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.
