Current Commercial Pilot License
Flight Instructor Qualification
ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
Safety Management System execution
Simulator and practical flight training
Nice-to-have
Previous trainer or teacher experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
MS Word and MS Outlook knowledge
Teaching by example professional behavior
Key Requirements
